Banana and Peanut Punch
All of these amounts are estimated
1 1/2 cups milk
1 banana
2 tbsp cane sugar (or white sugar)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup peanut butter (chunky is best)
1/2 cup oats
1 tray ice
Method:
Combine all in blender, and blend until smoothy texture (add more ice if needed)
