Ingredients:
16 oz macaroni
2 eggs
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 can (15 oz) cream of mushroom
10 oz canned salmon - drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 Tb butter
Method:
- Boil and drain noodles
- Beat eggs until fluffy
- Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter, put butter at bottom of 9x13" baking pan. Then pour the macaroni mixture into the pan, and top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees F until firm (approx. 30 mins)
