Macaroni Pie with Salmon


Ingredients:
16 oz macaroni
2 eggs
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 can (15 oz) cream of mushroom
10 oz canned salmon - drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 Tb butter

Method:
  1. Boil and drain noodles
  2. Beat eggs until fluffy
  3. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter, put butter at bottom of 9x13" baking pan. Then pour the  macaroni mixture into the pan, and top with bread crumbs.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F until firm (approx. 30 mins)
