Ingredients:
2 cup milk (or 1 cup milk & 1 cup heavy cream)
2 - 3 cups pasta water
3/4 stick unsalted butter
3 large garlic cloves
4 TBS white flour
1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 TBS basil (or 1 drop Basil Essential Oil)
1 TBS parsley
1/4 cup Mushrooms
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:
- Saute garlic in butter.
- Slowly add flour constantly stirring with whisk. add 1/2 cup water or broth, briskly stirring.
- Continue a brisk stir while adding 2 cups milk.
- Add mushrooms, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and cheese.
- Add water or broth to thin and continue stirring for about 5 minutes.
- Let thicken for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Combine with cooked noodles to let noodles absorb taste.
