Turkey Paella

Ingredients:
 16oz breakfast sausage
1/4 c garlic-flavored olive oil (add a clove of garlic if you don't have garlic-flavored garlic)
2 large yellow onions, chopped
1 large red bell pepper, copped
2 cups long-grain white rice
4 cups chicken broth
4 large tomatoes, 8thed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup frozen peas

Method:
  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Brown sausage in a large skillet, remove from heat
  2. Heat olive oil (and garlic) in a 6 1/2 quart pot over medium-high heat. 
  3. Add onions and cook until golden. 
  4. Add bell pepper, cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. 
  5. Stir in rice, and add rice, tomatoes, salt, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 15 minutes. 
  6. Add sausage and peas to rice mixture.
  7. Bake in over 10 minutes and serve.

* We left out a few ingredients because we didn't have them, our recipe is adapted from the original recipe.
