Ingredients:
16oz breakfast sausage
1/4 c garlic-flavored olive oil (add a clove of garlic if you don't have garlic-flavored garlic)
2 large yellow onions, chopped
1 large red bell pepper, copped
2 cups long-grain white rice
4 cups chicken broth
4 large tomatoes, 8thed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup frozen peas
Method:
* We left out a few ingredients because we didn't have them, our recipe is adapted from the original recipe.

Method:
- Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Brown sausage in a large skillet, remove from heat
- Heat olive oil (and garlic) in a 6 1/2 quart pot over medium-high heat.
- Add onions and cook until golden.
- Add bell pepper, cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in rice, and add rice, tomatoes, salt, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 15 minutes.
- Add sausage and peas to rice mixture.
- Bake in over 10 minutes and serve.
