Cream Cheese Cookies (a.k.a. "Celestial Cookies")

Ingredients:

1 package of cream cheese
¼ a stick of margarine (1/8 cup)
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box cake mix (chocolate, strawberry, and lemon work best)
If chocolate cake mix add chocolate chips, m&ms, peanut butter chips, or chopped up Andes mints
(Jon’s favorite)

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 350 °
2. Mix first 4 ingredients
3. Add Cake mix, if in mixer- let mixer do it, if but hand mix with fork, then by hands.
4. Add fun stuff if chocolate
5. Roll into small ball and place on cookie sheet
6. Bake at 350 ° for 8 min.
7. Let cool
8. Refrigerate to store.
