Ingredients:
1/2 c butter
1 c oatmeal
1 1/2 c boiling water
1 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs well beaten
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Method:
Frosting:
1 c coconut
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 c sugar
1 c nuts
1 tsp vanilla
** To make this gluten free, use 2 cups rice flour and add one egg.

Method:
- Mix first three ingredients in a separate bowl from the remaining ingredients.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Grease 9" x 13" pan.
- Bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-45min
