Simple & Easy Applesauce

Ingredients:
2lbs (approx) apples - peeled, cored and chopped
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup white sugar*
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method:
  1. Peel, core, chop apples
  2. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, cover and cook on medium heat for 15-20 or until apples are soft
  3. Mash or puree 
* Remove to make unsweetened.
