Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method:
2lbs (approx) apples - peeled, cored and chopped
3/4 cup
water
1/4 cup
white sugar*1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method:
- Peel, core, chop apples
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, cover and cook on medium heat for 15-20 or until apples are soft
- Mash or puree
* Remove to make unsweetened.
