Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts halved
4 slices Swiss Cheese (we used colby jack)
4 slices thick ham
3 TBSP all-purpose flour
1 TBSP paprika

Sauce
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 crushed chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp salt
1 TBSP dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan

Method:
  1. Place a slice of cheese and ham in the middle of the chicken and secure with toothpicks
  2. Mix together flour and paprika, cover the chicken in it.
  3. Grill to perfection!
Sauce
  1. Melt the butter over medium heat, and wisk in flour. 
  2. Slowly add milk, boullion and salt, whisk until it begins to thicken (about 5 minutes)
  3. Remove from heat and stir in mustard, worchestershire sauce and parmesan. Mix until cheese has melted.
  4. Once the chicken is complete, drizzle with the sauce.  This sauce is also good over rice.
