Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts halved
4 slices Swiss Cheese (we used colby jack)
4 slices thick ham
3 TBSP all-purpose flour
1 TBSP paprika
Sauce
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 crushed chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp salt
1 TBSP dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan
Method:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts halved

Method:
- Place a slice of cheese and ham in the middle of the chicken and secure with toothpicks
- Mix together flour and paprika, cover the chicken in it.
- Grill to perfection!
- Melt the butter over medium heat, and wisk in flour.
- Slowly add milk, boullion and salt, whisk until it begins to thicken (about 5 minutes)
- Remove from heat and stir in mustard, worchestershire sauce and parmesan. Mix until cheese has melted.
- Once the chicken is complete, drizzle with the sauce. This sauce is also good over rice.
