Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
1-2 eggs
2 TBSP vegetable oil
2 TBSP vinegar
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 TBSP brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp allspice
1 TBSP cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Method:
  1. Combine wet ingredients and mix well.
  2. Add dry ingredients.
  3. Cook on preheated skillet.
  4. The pancakes are a little thick, but good.
