Spearmint Chocolate Melt-Aways

Ingredients:
1 cup Coconut Oil
1 cup Coco Powder
5 TBSP honey
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
 5 drops doTERRA Spearmint Essential Oil

Method:
  1. Using a double boiler or very low heat, melt coconut oil.
  2. Add Cocoa Powder and stir until dissolved
  3. Add honey and vanilla, and mix well.
  4. Scald Cream
  5. Stir into Chocolate mixture
  6. Add Spearmint, stir well
  7. Line 8x8 pan with plasticwrap, wax paper, or parchment paper, pour mixture into pan.
  8. Refrigerate until hard, remove and cut into bite sized pieces.
