Ingredients:
1 cup Coconut Oil
1 cup Coco Powder
5 TBSP honey
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
5 drops doTERRA Spearmint Essential Oil
Method:
1 cup Coconut Oil
1 cup Coco Powder

Method:
- Using a double boiler or very low heat, melt coconut oil.
- Add Cocoa Powder and stir until dissolved
- Add honey and vanilla, and mix well.
- Scald Cream
- Stir into Chocolate mixture
- Add Spearmint, stir well
- Line 8x8 pan with plasticwrap, wax paper, or parchment paper, pour mixture into pan.
- Refrigerate until hard, remove and cut into bite sized pieces.
