1 1/2 ounces cream cheese

Methods:
Dough:
- Mix water and yeast together in bowl and let stand a few minutes until yeast is disolved.
- Stir in olive oil and Italian olive oil, then add flour, salt, and Italian Seasoning.
- Knead the dough for 6-8 minutes, when kneaded, dough should form a smooth ball, feel smooth to the touch, and spring slowly back when poked.
- Let the dough rise until doubled (1 - 1 1/2 hours).
- Melt the butter in a small sauce pan, once melted,
- add cream cheese and mix until melted.
- add the remaining ingredients and simmer.
- To make sauce thicker, add flour 1 tsp at a time until the right consistency is found.
- Ranch dressing is used later.
- Cover both sides of the chicken breast with the toppings listed above.
- Grill bacon, chicken, and onions (grill cross sections, leave 'O's together) on the grill.
- Cut chicken, bacon, onions into bite sized pieces
- Once the dough has risen, knead for a few minutes then roll out in a shape to fit your grill. The dough should be at least 1/4" thick.
- Heat the grill to about 200° and place dough onto grill. Cook about 5 minutes. Flip over and cook for a minute.
- Take off grill, making sure the cooked side is on top.
- Cover crust in Ranch Dressing, followed by sauce.
- Top the sauce in spinach, cheese, chicken, bacon, onion, and tomato.
- Place back on grill for another 5-10 minutes or until crust is fully cooked at cheese is melted.
