Heavily adapted by Cynthia Cox Cottam (From the Betty Crocker Cookbook)
Yields 15 meatballs ~ Bake at 400° F
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp granulated onion
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp salt
1 egg
Method:
Yields 15 meatballs ~ Bake at 400° F
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk

Method:
- Mix ingredients and shape into balls.
- Place meatballs in a greased 9"x 9" baking pan with space between them.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 400°F. Drain grease
Gravy
Whisk together and pour over meatballs:
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)
1 1/3 cup milk
1 tsp granulated onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp granulated garlic.
Cover and bake for 30 additional minutes.
Serve over warm noodles
