Specialty Bagel Sandwich (Bacon, Ham, Cheese)

Servings: 1
Total Time: 30 minutes*

Ingredients:
1 Plain Bagel
2 Slices Havarti cheese
Tomato
Bell Pepper
4 slices deli Sliced Black Forest Ham
1 strip Thick Cut Bacon
Large Yellow Onion
Mayonnaise
Stone Ground Mustard
Spinach

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F and line cookie sheet with silicone, or a non-stick sheet
  2. Take the two sides of the bagel and spread Mayonnaise and Mustard on each, set on cookie sheet.
  3. Place a slice of Havarti cheese on either side.
  4. Cut the strip of bacon in half and fry to desired hardness, place on one side of the open bagel. (Side 1)
  5. Take 4 slices of deli Black Forest Ham and fold in half twice, place on the bagel without anything on top. Place the 4 folded slices on to form a circle. (Side 2)
  6. Take one thin slice of onion (center is good, so there is more), fry in bacon greese until tender (about 3 minutes). Place on Side 1.
  7. Slice Bell Pepper. Take 3-4 cuts and fry in bacon greese for a few minutes. Place on Side 2.
  8. Place bagels in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Ensure the cheese has melted.
  9. Once out of the oven, place 2-3 thin slices of tomato and a small handful of spinach on top of Side 1 (bacon).
  10. Place Side 2 on top of side 1.
Relish in the flavor and goodness.

Note: There was no plan to put this on the blog until after Nikki "died and went to heaven." So there is no picture, sorry! Maybe we will add one later
