Ingredients:
everything is approximate
7 Roman Beauty Apples
1/2 c tapioca flour
1 1/3 cup sugar (1 1/2 - 2 cups for Granny Smith Apples)
1 - 2 tsp cinnamon
Method:
- Peel and splice apples into thin strips. Rinse.
- Mix apples with with sugar and let sit for a few minutes
- Add the tapioca flour and cinnamon, mix well.
- Pour into unbaked pie crust. Cover the pie with another crust and slit holes on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
