Peppermint Bark

From Cynthia Cottam's kitchen

Ingredients:

Ghirardelli White Chocolate
Peppermint Stick

Method:

  1. Crush peppermint stick(s) into small pieces
  2. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler
  3. Mix crushed peppermint sticks into melted chocolate.
  4. Spread it on a cookie sheet with waxed paper under it.
  5. Cut it up or break it when cooled
