Ingredients:
Ghirardelli White Chocolate
Peppermint Stick
Method:
- Crush peppermint stick(s) into small pieces
- Melt white chocolate in a double boiler
- Mix crushed peppermint sticks into melted chocolate.
- Spread it on a cookie sheet with waxed paper under it.
- Cut it up or break it when cooled
