Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/2 cup water
3 TBSP vanilla
1 1/2 cups maple syrup
2 cups flour (one cup sifted, one cup not)
1 cup ghee
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 TBSP baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Beat together all the wet ingredients (not including ghee)
- Mix in dry ingredients
- Add ghee
- Grease the inside and edges of a SaladMaster pan with ample coconut oil (you may need more than one pan)
- Pour the batter into the pan(s) and put the lid(s) on
- Turn the stove to 1.5 temperature (medium low heat) and let bake until it's done
- If desired, you can make frosting by beating butter, maple, vanilla, and coca powder. Enjoy!
