David's Chocolate Cake in a Pan

Ingredients:

6 eggs
1/2 cup water
3 TBSP vanilla
1 1/2 cups maple syrup
2 cups flour (one cup sifted, one cup not)
1 cup ghee
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 TBSP baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Beat together all the wet ingredients (not including ghee)
  2. Mix in dry ingredients
  3. Add ghee
  4. Grease the inside and edges of a SaladMaster pan with ample coconut oil (you may need more than one pan)
  5. Pour the batter into the pan(s) and put the lid(s) on
  6. Turn the stove to 1.5 temperature (medium low heat) and let bake until it's done
  7. If desired, you can make frosting by beating butter, maple, vanilla, and coca powder. Enjoy!
